In accordance with the guidelines of the National Medical Commission (NMC) and the University Grants Commission (UGC) to prevent and eliminate the menace of ragging in educational institutions, the Anti-Ragging Committee of ESIC Medical College & Hospital, Jaipur is hereby constituted for the academic year 2025–26 as under:
Functions of the Committee
- To ensure implementation of anti-ragging regulations and guidelines in the institution.
- To create awareness among students about the harmful effects and legal implications of ragging.
- To maintain vigilance in hostels, classrooms, and common areas.
- To receive, inquire into, and act upon complaints of ragging promptly and confidentially.
- To recommend appropriate disciplinary measures against offenders, if found guilty.
